You will need big endian support for CE, to add these first go to http://forum.cheatengine.org/viewtopic.php?p=5305367 and copy the 2 Byte Big Endian & 4 Byte Big Endian in Table/Lua Script, afer executing you will be able to select the new value types.
Select 2 Byte Big Endian value and search for your health. EVERY heart has a value of 4, so if you have 3 full hearts, you will have to search for 12. Take a hit and search for 11 or whatever the life value is. You will get like 4 values in the end, change one of them and see whitch one is changing the life. Change it to 100 and freeze it.
